Oh Suga, Suga, Suga….😶
For anyone whose doesn’t keep 100% up on BTS news, Suga – the bad boy rapper of BTS – has found himself in a bit of a pickle.
Suga, faces a potential prison sentence and/or a HUGE fine after a breathalyzer test revealed he was over the blood-alcohol limit while riding an e-scooter on his way home from a night out on August 6th. His breathalyzer showed his blood alcohol to be 0.227%, significantly higher than the 0.08% level that not only warrants the revocation of a driving license in South Korea.
Now I thought – ok, yes he was definitely over the limit, but what is an e-scooter? Is it like a skateboard? Oh no…After looking at the video, it appears to be a scooter with a seat – kind of like a mini, less powerful motorbike. Yikes Suga….YIKES!
So now what?? Suga has paid the fine, had his license revoked and issued a public apology. But will ARMY and the South Korean media forgive the mistake? Only time will tell. So far, ARMY is split down the middle, with half willing to forgive but the other half calling for his removal from the group!! Hybe has said isn’t on the table, and I really hope that remains the case!
